The MagLink LX Plus not only supports simple “on/off” sensors; it also interfaces seamlessly with intelligent sensors, such as those built on IntelliSense™ technology. This gives you even more flexibility when it comes to connecting your console to your forecourt equipment, and even greater monitoring coverage made visible through a single user interface. Unlike its younger brothers, the MagLink LX Plus is also manufactured with the inbuilt capability to support all legacy probes from DFS, including OPW Fuel Management Solutions models.

With base monitoring capabilities of up to 12 probes, this console can be easily enhanced to deliver monitoring of up to 32 probes across your network. It’s Environmentally Conscious
The MagLink LX Plus’ highly precise and well-calibrated line leak detection system ensures your site is protected 24/7. With this console pressure lines are continuously monitored and site owners have the ability to perform leak tests on up to eight pressure lines directly via the console.

How does the PLLD system work?

The ProGauge PLLD system is easy to install and includes a straightforward setup, with an automatic learning mechanism to detect product pipeline characteristics and the automatic adjustment of calibration settings. A digital pressure sensor is installed per pressure line, directly on a 2” test port on a STP head, so as to not disturb normal product flow. The PLLD sensor is constructed in stainless steel and carries all required safety certifications. The PLLD system performs daily, monthly and annual tests as per EPA rules. The system also monitors line pressure during fueling cycles. If an abnormal pressure drop is detected during dispensing, the system will automatically stop the STP. When the station is quiet or idle, the system monitors the static line pressure. If a pressure drop is detected, the system will automatically run a 3.0 GPH test to check the line integrity. In the event a leak is detected, the PLLD system can be set to automatically shut down the STP, ensuring environmental damage is minimized. The MagLink LX Plus console’s sophisticated algorithm will automatically compensate product temperature variations, and minimize possible false alarms caused.
